Dapper Flight 4 is out.

yesterday I download Dapper flight 4 it seems more stable than flight 3 by a long shot. I am most impressed with it's progress so far I think it will become very popular choice amongst us all as it just seems to work and so much faster to boot. Boots up quicker programs startup quicker and a nicer looking desktop to boot. Only thing that hasn't worked correctly so far is the Nvidia-glx module, but I will let them know about that. Top Marks keep up the good work.

Today I have mostly been........

Today I have started to play around with html again, with the unfortunate news that Aq has been unable to create a nice desktop video recorder to date I have decided to create a text based tutorial for beginners instead. Progress will probably be slow to start with but I am sure as I become more familiar with html that things will speed up. Progress can be monitored here.
The majority of the site is under development at the moment though.

Today I have been mostly doing Linux......

That's right I have been Learning about the weird and wonderful things that you can do with Linux the last couple of days at Open Advantage. My thanks to Paul the tutor, it's been a real eye opener understanding how things do what they do. I haven't particularly learnt any new commands or about any new apps, but what I have learnt is how to understand the info they fire back at you, where it gets the info from and how it effects outcomes. Over all it's been great.

Today I have mostly been....

Cheering myself up after yesterday's really disappointing show at the hospital. My wife, Her youngest Bryan and I went to the NRM (National Rail Museum) in York. Other than the cost of fuel and parking it cost us 0. The Museum is a free entry system like the natural history museum. This is fantastic on a shoe string buget. 3 hours there and another 3 hours back, we were there for nearly 4 hours and didn't cover everything. 80 odd snapshots of all sorts of rail effects and big school boy in a toy shop grin.

Been to the Hospital today.

I was told today at the hospital that I could have an injection to ease my pain. Why can they not simply remove the bone that is growing inside my shoulder that is causing the pain or would that just be too easy?
